- Although rare, allergic reactions to pigments used in permanent makeup procedures can occur. It is crucial to inform your technician about any known allergies or sensitivities beforehand.

- We perform patch tests on a small area of your skin to check for any adverse reactions. However, there is still a small possibility of an allergic reaction even if the patch test is successful.

2. Infection

- Proper sterilization and hygiene protocols are followed at our facility to minimize the risk of infection. However, as with any invasive procedure, there is a minimal risk of infection.

- It is essential to follow the aftercare instructions provided by your technician to reduce the risk of infection.

3. Pigment Migration

- Permanent makeup pigments can migrate or spread slightly over time, particularly with procedures involving the lips or eyeliner. This can result in a slightly different appearance than initially intended.

- We take utmost care to minimize pigment migration, but individual factors such as skin type and natural aging processes can influence the final outcome.

4. Color Fading and Alteration

- Permanent makeup color can fade or change over time due to various factors such as exposure to UV rays, skincare products, and skin exfoliation processes.

- It is important to follow the aftercare instructions provided by your technician and schedule periodic touch-up appointments to maintain the desired color and shape.

5. Personal Sensitivities and Medical Conditions

- We reserve the right to refuse services to individuals who may be at higher risk of complications or unsatisfactory outcomes.

Appointments, No Show, and Cancellation Policy

At Shay Bell Beauty, we strive to provide exceptional services and ensure that our clients receive the best experience possible. In order to maintain the highest level of professionalism and accommodate all our clients efficiently, we have implemented the following No Show Policy:

1. Appointment Confirmation

- All clients are required to provide a valid phone number and email address during booking to receive appointment confirmations.

- A confirmation email or text message will be sent to the provided contact information 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

- It is the responsibility of the client to confirm their appointment through the provided contact information.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

- We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice to allow us enough time to fill the appointment slot.

- Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointment by contacting us via phone or email.

3. No Show

- A "no show" occurs when a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without notifying us within the required time frame.

- If a client fails to show up for their appointment without proper notice, we reserve the right to refuse future services and will retain the non-refundable deposit paid in advance.

4. Late Arrival

- We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause unavoidable delays. However, arriving late to your appointment may result in a shortened service time or the need to reschedule.

- If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, we may consider it a no show, and the above policies will apply.

5. No Show Charges

- In the event of a no show or late arrivals, clients may be charged a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

- The fee will be charged to the client's credit card on file or may be requested to be paid before booking any future appointments.
